  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns via our "Website Tracking" code to help you identify lead sources.

We use the collected data strictly to:

  • Provide and maintain the CRM functionality.
  • Facilitate automated workflows (e.g., sending a "Visa Lodged" SMS).
  • Generate reports for your business growth and performance analysis.
  • Generate internal analytics for you to track branch performance.
  • Provide customer support from our Kathmandu office.

3. Data Protection & Security

We treat your data with "Bank-Grade" discipline:

  • Encryption: All data in transit is protected by SSL encryption.
  • Isolation: Your organization’s data is logically separated from other users; no other consultancy can "see" your leads.
  • Staff Access: Only authorized Himalayan CRM senior engineers have access to the back-end database, and only for maintenance or at your explicit request for support.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • No Selling: We never sell your student leads or your data to third-party marketing agencies or rival consultancies.
  • Legal Necessity: We may disclose data only if required by the Government of Nepal under a valid legal warrant.
  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted partners like Sparrow SMS only to execute the functions you trigger (like sending a text).

5. Branch & User Permissions

Our system includes granular permission settings. As the "Organization Owner," you have the power to restrict your employees' ability to export data or view specific financial reports. We are not responsible for data leaks caused by your internal staff to whom you have granted "Admin" access.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to analyze our own website traffic. For the "Website Tracking" feature we provide you, you are responsible for informing your website visitors that their data is being captured by your CRM.

7. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act of Nepal, you have the right to:

  • Access: Download a full export of your data at any time.
  • Correction: Edit any incorrect lead or organization information.
  • Deletion: Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
